1. Platform Access & Admin Rights
Venture ProDigital provides a managed platform service for artists and creators. As the platform operator, we maintain administrative access to all customer accounts for the purposes of:
- System maintenance and support
- Security monitoring and fraud prevention
- Technical troubleshooting and account recovery
- Service improvements and analytics
2. Your Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your dashboard, including but not limited to:
- Album artwork and metadata
- Tracklists and audio descriptions
- Photos, videos, and media files
- Email campaigns and subscriber communications
Ownership does not transfer to Venture ProDigital under any circumstances.
3. Content Use & Consent
We will not use, share, modify, or repurpose any of your content without your express written consent. This includes:
- Using your content in marketing or promotional materials
- Sharing your content with third parties
- Modifying your content in any way
- Using your content for any purpose beyond operating your instance
Any use of your content beyond platform operation requires explicit, written permission.
4. Data Privacy & Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data and content. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. By using this platform, you acknowledge:
- We may access your account for support and maintenance
- Aggregated, anonymized analytics may be used to improve the platform
- Your email address may be used to send service notifications
5. Account Management
As the platform operator, we reserve the right to:
- Disable accounts that violate our terms or laws
- Reset passwords for account recovery purposes
- Access account configuration for technical support
- Remove illegal or harmful content
6. Limitation of Liability
Venture ProDigital is provided "as-is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
- Loss or corruption of data
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Third-party use of shared links or credentials
